		<description>My mother, who was the Queen of Pie Crust, recommended that EVERYTHING used in the process, including the flour, the bowl, etc. be cold before beginning.  She had one other secret, but since she literally told me that secret on her death bed, I can&#039;t share it.  :)</description>
